Abortion

The scene that struck me most was the scene when the fetus was being slowly exterminated by a suction machine. The fetus, in its helpless state, was aggravated by the destruction and it cannot do anything but submit itself to the fate which he did not wish to have. Showing the scene where the fetus was painfully exhibiting its "silent scream" was the worst of it all. Its figure was in deep pain and it lasted until every single part of its body was suctioned. It was a horrifying scenario. It made me realize that despite the fetus' state of being unborn yet, it is already alive. It already has functioning senses and definitely it can feel pain. It is already a human being and it has all the right to live and exist in this world.
Seeing the unborn babies in their dilapidated figures was the most sickening part of the documentary. I cannot help but feel nauseated by the sullenness of the scene. I cannot imagine the abortionists being able to ingest in their conscience the nature of their job. Most of all, I cannot imagine the mothers being able to bear the morbidity of such an inhumane act, pointing out the fact that the being is from their own blood and flesh.
From what I saw, I promised myself to promote life in whatever situation I may be faced with. I will not do what the mothers and the abortionists have mistakenly done. I pity all those helpless babies that have suffered from something that is beyond their actuation. If ever one of my friends or relatives fall on this situation, I will willingly advice them and guide them on what to do. I may be incapable of deciding for them but my influence will surely change their perspectives on abortion.
The film made me realize that human life is important. We have to do all possible means to save and prolong life.
