We planned and performenced out audit in accordance with China Certified Public Accountants' Independent Auditing Standards so as to give resonably assurance aout whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement. It also include an assessment of accoutint polices selected and signficant accounting estimates made by the management of company in the preparation of the financial statements.
