This is the Manchester united badge that goes on the football shirts. It also goes on the merchandise which that they produce. The badge is on the merchandise so people can show that they support this football team. It also shows where you come from so looking at this you would think that the wearer came from Manchester but in this case it doesn't since they have supporters all around the world. Not all people who come from Manchester would support this team because some may support the other team from Manchester, Manchester City. If someone wore this sign in a city with a successful football team like Liverpool or London where there are a lot of teams that have a history with them such as Arsenal not many people would talk to you because the two teams would be great rivals. Some places like Walsall isn't like this because no one in the area supports the same team so different people walk around with different shirts and badges on. It also allows people to identify you , if someone committed a crime wearing one it would be easy to give a description of them. This is the Porsche Badge it goes on cars and clothing, the badge is used to show status, because if you own one of these Farley expensive cars naturally it shows that you have again a lot of money. As well as on cars and clothing this badge is shown on buildings where the cars are sold and on the internet where you can find lots of information about them.
Because of the sheer cost and Engine size you rarely have the chance to see these cars on the road and if ever you do see one you only get a quick glance because it is usually overtaking you on the A 5156 at 125 mph in the wrong lane!
