Application Letter
Dear Sir/madam,
If I could teach Chinese in Berlitz, I would be a successful and happy language teacher and culture communicator, because I love Chinese language and culture and as long as I make decision to do something I always try my best, and also because this meaningful work is consistent with my language and culture vein.
When I studied in university, a famous professor of Architecture History told us, "Do your design with international spirit and world insight, but at the same time keep it in mind that the most national is the most international." Yes, he talked about the truth on the relationship between a nation or the person and the world. You should find out the world and also let the world know you.
I am living in Australia now, and a strong mind always hits me to let the world know more about my mother tongue and national culture'.
During the time I have been in Australia, I met with many kids with Chinese origin. They make great efforts to melt themselves into the main social culture and hide any subconscious contacting with china, refuse to speak in Chinese because they want to be an absolute Australian. I feel sorry for them as they are losing Chinese culture genes which should not be shamed of but should be proud of. Maybe they don't know the wonderful Chinese language is like platform 9 3/4 in Harley Potter and it would lead them to another magic culture world. Since they possess both western experience and Chinese roots, they future would be doubled. It would be my pleasure to help them find the special entrance.
