How to be More Assertive: Tips You Can Use Right Now
How to be more assertive is actually quite easy once you know what to say. Assertive communication is based on three things:
1) you summarize the other person's behavior,
2) you let the other person know how you feel about it, and
3) you make a request on how the other person can specifically change that behaviour.

Practising assertive communication using hypnosis allows you to visualise what it would be like to stay calm, even when someone tries to put you down, and continue getting your point across.
You can learn how to be more assertive. It may require you to come out of your comfort zone and communicate in ways you never have before, but you'll find that the benefits are enormous. You won't feel like a doormat anymore and your self-esteem will...
