A Bad Mix
Nikki Taylor, a famous supper model who's career started at the young age of 14. At the age of 26 was in the prime of her life. But a tragedy occurred in April of 2001, she suffered severe liver damage, when the driver or the 1993 Nissan she was riding in spun into a telephone poll. Why? All because the driver was distracted while reaching for his ringing cell phone that was caught under the seat. This was not a fatal accident, but there are several thousand accidents involving cell phones that turn out deadly. The worst case that I found, was Gina Richards. Who's car rolled under the back drop of a halted semi on the freeway, she was going over 55 mph. Gina, her two twin boys, and her unborn daughter were all killed in the wreck, completely crushed. Why? Gina was distracted by a argument she was having with her mom. Personally I'm against talking on cell phones while driving, after I share my views with you, you will understand why.

We know the detrimental effect that drinking has on your coordination and judgement on operating a vehicle. The quote above explains how cellular calls are connected to accidents. Accidents caused by cell phones happen more often than we think. It is becoming increasingly common to own a mobile phone and even more so to have a vehicle, rather than taking public transportation for the simple fact off convince.
Statistics
Of course you might say why cell phones? Why are we targeting in on just them? Well laws cant put laws on all the idiotic things people do in there cars, but this is a law that can be made to benefit everyone especially those who aren't expecting there lives to be endangered because someone wants to talk about what happened on there date last night. True thousands of accidents happen daily around the world due to all types of careless driving, eating, clipping coupons, staring at an interesting billboard, even something as elementary...
