A Balanced Diet Is The Most Significant Factor In Healthy Lifestyle.
Although people think having a healthy lifestyle are more and more important, but how to plan their healthy lifestyle reasonable is not as easy as they hope. A healthy lifestyle is made up of balance diet, exercise, food, sleep, relationships and so on. This essay will discuss that the balanced diet are more important than other factors for a healthy lifestyle.
As we all know the word "HEALTHY LIFESTYLE" has been used more often in people's daily life. Actually people still follow their own lifestyle. It is hard for them to fulfill their lifestyle better since the press from their work. However food is necessary for a human being every day, through a bad eat habit would hurt people, but a balanced diet is the basic term to have enough energy to do exercise. For example, food is one kind of balanced diet. Firstly food can divided into many parts such as fruits, grains, cereals, vegetable and meet. Secondly they can supply nutrition, which is necessary to people's daily life. On the other hand sleep is also important in people's daily life. Every one every day only have 24hours and people should spent at least 7hours on sleeping (children maybe spent 10hours). It's enough to prove that ample sleep is significance as well.
Furthermore, people should arrange free time reasonably. Nowadays, people spent most of time to getting the money and job, but they forget their body need some relax. So at this time the sports game or have a trip is good idea for relax. It can make your body and mood slackly. You can do exercise more efficiently, but it is not mean that watching TV or sit in front of the computer and play computer game, if you keep doing for long time, it's harmful for your body. On the contrary of course, if you want a healthy lifestyle, only have a good relaxation is not enough, you should have a health psychology.
