"Determination"
Determination is the key to grab success in this world. The yes or no answer will decide what kind of life you will go through. However, determination skills are not something you can gain easily or train for. You need you be an expert of many other skills in order to have a better chance in determining. Obviously, even if you are perfect in every other skill, which is not possible, it is still impossible to be able to make the right decision all of the time since we cannot picture the future outcome. Another point you cannot forget is that making the right decision can bring you success temporarily, but things can always change, even if it seems impossible. There is always a chance for everything to change completely and go through a disaster, even if it is as little as 0.01%. Also, the scary thing about determination is that you do not know if you took the right decision until the end, so you cannot assure yourself that if you go back you will be more successful. That is why determination skills are so important, and affects your life enormously.
The most important thing you must have and cannot be ignored for determination is courage. Obviously, to make a decision, you always need to have some courage. You must be able to have a will to succeed, and you also need to be able to think of the consequences of the choice and be able to fight against it. However, by this I don't mean any random courage that just keeps on trying to fight without thinking, or the vise versa, a courage in which even though there is a plan set up it cannot stop fearing of the consequences and cannot make an action. You need to be careful, but not too careful. You need to be brave, but not too brave. The two must be completely balanced to become courage.
What always goes with courage is respect and responsibility. You need to respect other choices you can take, and see which is the best thing to do. You also need to respect one another, even if you dislike them, since...
