Employee turnover is an issue the plagues every type of business and industry. It is a very costly part of doing business in every part of the world today. Most companies today are searching for ways to decrease their turnover by focusing on retention. The question we will be keeping in mind today is what can we recommend to increase employee retention? Most any business would be easy to run if we had robots do everything we need from humans. This is not the case in current times but why do we threat our employees like robots with no feeling. The key is to find a balance between employee satisfaction and business need. Finding this harmony of sorts will play a big part in the success of your employee retention strategies.
