The Changing Workplace
"The only rule is change.” This might be considered the motto of the 21st century. We are only at the beginning of the 21st century, just starting to chart its history. A large part of that history will be the continuous changes of the workplace environment. Today’s workforce will have to encounter and deal with rapid technical revolutions, and be computer literate. They will have to survive company mergers, takeovers, and downsizings.
